Ah, so you like the good stuff. Come this way. Everything from 500 units to 5k units on our website is wholesale pricing, with discount breaks included. So if you're looking for orders over 5k pieces, get in touch here.

If you have any problems with your order within 30 days of receiving it, hit us up and we'll organise the return and refund your money immediately. That's the HeapsGood happiness guarantee.

If the problem is that you've changed your mind, no worries! We'll take it back, but it may be subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges 
With the eagerness of a thousand golden retrievers. We're happy to exchange any orders for wrong sizes or the like within the Golden 30. Items need to be returned in an unused and saleable condition, meaning you need to return your Ecomailers before they go in the compost.

Custom Products
Returns are not accepted for custom printed products. We can only accommodate exchanges for damaged or defective items, and not for change of mind. 

Credits
Any returns or exchanges that fall outside of 30 days will be processed on a case-by-case basis. While bribes are encouraged and shamelessly accepted, we can only offer a credit or exchange in these situations. As before, products need to be returned in an unused and saleable condition. If they come back with any weird smells, we'll be handing them straight over to the FBI.

For rural orders, please allow an extra 2-4 business days on-top of this.

It's printing without the ink, the toner, or the printer rage. Our thermal printers use heat instead of cartridges to burn your shipping labels straight onto the paper. No ink to run out, no ribbons to replace, no swearing at 4:58pm on a Friday.

As much as we can make it, without the greenwashing.

We prioritise better materials, responsible production, and local printing to reduce impact.

No, it’s not perfect. But it’s a hell of a lot better than bulk importing cheap synthetic merch that gets worn twice and binned.

Our Compostable Ecolabels and Shipping Labels are EN13432 certified industrially compostable. The backing of our Compostable Ecolabels is made from glassine (like all other labels currently) which isn't curb-side recyclable or compostable, but we're busily working on alternatives to make it the full sha-bang.

Our Durable Labels aren't compostable, but they can still be recycled when used on cardboard or paper packaging.
